By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time, so please review them regularly. The refusal of service, the termination of accounts or access, and the removal or editing of content is at our sole discretion.

Refunds & Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect or change of mind purchases. All sales are final. The colour of fabrics as depicted online cannot be guaranteed by Weaves of Himalaya due to variances beyond our control.

When your product has left our premises, it has been checked thoroughly for any faults or damage. As with all handmade products there are often inconsistencies in the item. This however cannot be classed as a fault and is one of the features in the product.

In order to be eligible for a refund, the product you purchase must be faulty and you must contact us within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange the product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way, within the 14-calendar day of your purchase.

When we have received your returned item, it will be checked and if there is a fault in the item, we will process your refund / exchange. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
